The learning attitude and the pragmatic improvement towards are non-stoppable; furthermore their attribute towards the achievement is obtained through distance learning or e-learning system. It is a deviation from the conventional studying method to electronic media on line method whereby the chances of learning is open to everyone who can sacrifice their leisure and plan their time management. According to Kearsley, G. (1999), for the past few decades of learning skills, it is not easy to convince most people especially students, teachers, or administrators who were groomed in conventional of education. There are plenty of obstacles to the concept of online learning because it is different in many ways from traditional classroom instruction. Edward F. Spodick, (1995), the acceleration in distance education brought on by the development of sophisticated computer network tools is pushing discussion and action on a variety of challenges faced by distance educators. Despite the promises and obvious advantages to on line learning, there are challenges that need to be resolved. These challenges conclude the quality of instruction, hidden costs, misuse of technology, and the characters of tutors, students, and administrators. (Doug Valentine, 2002) These challenges and solutions will be clearly elaborated in the following paragraphs as will be defined to derive final conclusions.
