B. How I Use First, Use as Needed, or Avoid Sequence
Sequence pattern is the pattern that I use first. I like to have clear step by step directions. One thing that I love about this course is that there is a link for each assignment that shows you the grading rubric. With this grading rubric I am able to know exactly what my expectations are to receive a passing grade. Many times especially at work I am able to do my job and have time to clean as I go. I am a very neat and organized person.

C. How I Use First, Use as Needed, or Avoid Precision
Precision learning pattern I will use on an as needed basis. I tend to take lots of detailed notes. I am also a list maker and always ask questions to help me better understand a subject. If I don’t understand a subject then I research extensively about it.

D. How I Use First, Use as Needed, or Avoid Technical Reasoning
Technical reasoning learning pattern I will use as an as needed basis. Technical reasoning is my least used learning pattern. I am not a very mechanical. There was a time when my low oil light came on in my car. I lifted up the hood and became very overwhelmed. I eventually had my uncle show me how it was done. Although I do enjoy learning from experience and taking my knowledge and occasionally I’m able to problem solve from that.

E. How I Use First, Use as Needed, or Avoid Confluence
Confluence learning pattern I will use as an as needed basis. I enjoy exploring new things. Once I am taught a certain task I make my own changes on how to do it. I’m able to personalize it and for me it is easier. But overall I’m able to get the same ending results.

When I am trying to solve various problems in life, I find it very useful to identify what I consider to be the most direct solution, regardless of how I feel about actually implementing it. I find this to be the most clear and direct why to get around my problems. Many problems have multiple solutions, but often the solution require persistence to implement. But if we can somehow get myself to follow through, I know the solutions will actually work.…

The results of practice one really reinforced my learning preference. The results were visual 30 auditory 28 kinesthetic 34 and tactile 28. The results indicate that I learn best using the kinesthetic learning preference. This practice also indicated that I learn well using the visual learning preference. In practice three I learned I prefer to use the more abstract approach and make connections to what is being taught using hypothetical situations rather than real world situations. Also I would prefer to have a more random style of teaching than the linear style. The linear style of teaching most likely too much of one set learning preferences and is not a variety of different styles mixed…

Learning involves you taking in the world around you and connecting to what you are experiencing. Learning involves using your critical thinking skills and sound judgment to respond appropriately to any workplace task, online assignment, or opportunity to speak publicly. Over the coarse of 5 weeks, I have learned that to be an intentional learner, you need to use your learning patterns with intention. Your learning patterns are a skill that you either use first (almost always), use as needed (sometimes rely on), and avoid use (uncomfortable doing). There are four different types of learning skills sequence, precision, technical reasoning and confluence. Sequence is a learning pattern where you like organization, development, reviewing, structure, compare and contrast. This learning pattern you typically like to know what the outcome will be without a hidden agenda, they like to ask questions and know what is expected of them to complete the task. Precision is a learning pattern where you like details, to examine things, perform tasks accurately, like supporting documents, and facts. You would typically begin a task by gathering lots of data, facts, and specifics, so that you are accurate on your answers. Technical reasoning is a learning pattern where you enjoy building things, seeing how things work, they like to take things apart and put them back together again to see how it functions. This type of learning pattern you usually like to work alone and have little to say to others, because they find it hard how to put what they are thinking into words. Confluence is the learning pattern where you like to think outside the box, like to take risks, live carefree and the type that dream up big ideas. These types of learners thrive on change. Although there are four different patterns, everyone can use all four of these patterns at different levels of use. Once have a learned your patterns, which you can learn by taking the LCI test; you can learn how to use all fours…
