1. What concepts were covered in the tutorial?

Fallacies impact negatively in a strong argument by using poor reasoning and illogical structure.
2. What was/were the activity/activities undertaken during the tutorial?
There was no specific in-class activity during the tutorial last week. However, the tutor had gone through the theory of fallacies and given practical examples and models, which could apply to reality.
3. What did I learn from the tutorial (draw on the activity/activities undertaken)?
I have been able to differentiate between some factors that make a strong or a weak argument. I learned how to do this was identifying logical fallacies through various examples and eliminate them from my arguments. Logical fallacies are faults or gaps in an argument.

Besides that, I thought emotive, generalization and absolute terms are the most common fallacies. The reason might be they are more related to emotion and feeling which somehow influence on our mind.
4. What is my learning gap in relation to this topic?
In fact, even though people can recognize the fallacies when they listen to other people, sometimes they make the same mistakes. I think it happens because people do not spend time or have enough time at that moment to think clearly and critically before speaking out.
5. How will I apply what I learnt to my studies, work or other aspects of my life?
Think carefully before giving the comments or arguments is what I learnt from this tutorial activity. Well-prepared idea or knowledge will help to reduce fallacies. The negative impact of fallacies is not only on producing a weak argument; it also can lead to a fail communication or persuasion in any situation.
