Learning Assistant Reflection

I have a previous experience in assisting students with their coursework and helping them learn and understand the material. I have been working as a Learning Assistant from past two years and I have gained essential skills such as learning strategies for different personalities, questioning, listening, and encouraging student to be an independent learner to help them succeed in a particular course.I have completed a tutor training course, where I learned about different techniques to improve learning.
