Effective communication is key for success in any organization. A good leader has to be a good communicator who deliver a clear message to his audience. A bad communication can lead into a bad decision either from a leader or his followers.in addition, building a good team that work together requires having individuals who communicate well and effective which result of having a strong organization that can face any type of challenge.

Leadership is the foundation for an organization’s success. While an individual cannot run an organization, the leaders are there to foster the relationship with all employees. Without leadership, organizations start to stagnate and become lethargic. Working in an organization that is growing rapidly, I have learnt and appreciated the importance of Leadership and Communication. Leaders are not always those in higher positions of organization; they should be present at every level which will help sustain success of organization over a long period. A good leader is one who is able to influence and lead people to achieve common goals of the company. In my short experience of two years in corporate world, I have come across people who lead others by example. It is a very challenging task to build a dedicated team, which can only be done by a leader who himself is highly dedicated. Leaders do not believe in controlling people, they challenge one’s skills and capabilities for the growth of individual and the organization in common. They do not fear failure, rather inspire and encourage teams to take calculated risks.…
