Leadership Philosophy: Leadership Challenge
Leadership Challenge Looking back on past experiences, communication has always been the biggest value for me in making choices or decisions. Passing on and obtain a wealth of knowledge makes difficult/complex obstacles less of a hurdle to get over. Knowing only one aspect of problem, limits your view. Effective communication; listening, being heard and mentally processing from an objective mind; can lead to more effective and beneficial results. To reiterate, my “Leadership Philosophy” would surround communicating and understanding. Give the world is so diverse and always has been, one problem that cause strive and discomfort across the nation and globe is ineffective communication.     There have been many things that have affected my philosophy of leadership. Something that has affected me as a leader is my values. One of my core values is responsibility.
