This assignment will take a different topics under one important subject that we all faced the Leadership, in common can best be called the personality of the very highest ability-whether in ruling, imagining, thinking, religious influencing innovation or warring. The topics that will be mentioned are, what’s the definition of leadership and how it differs from management, 6 important qualities traits that leaders should possess to be effective leaders with clear explanations, 4 leadership style and what type of organization they are typically found with famous examples for each style, In the end of the assignment will be concluded with my opinion about the leadership.
Leadership is a process of social influence, which maximizes the efforts of others, towards the achievement of a goal. Good leaders develop through a never-ending process of self-study, education, training, and experience. If you have the desire and willpower, you can become an effective leader. Good leaders are continually working and studying to improve their leadership skills. Every organization needs a capable leader who can marshal his employees to ensure that everyone is able to do his job as per expectations. For example: today most organizations face the issue of projects not being completed in time. The job of a leader does not end with prioritizing and assigning tasks only, but he has to also ensure that his subordinates are carrying out the tasks in an efficient manner. To do this, it is necessary that the leader have an effective communication system so that the performance of the employees could be monitored. A leader can create a daily, weekly or a monthly plan, depending on the needs of the project to ensure that he is able to track the progress.
Leadership and management they are not the same thing must, they go hand in hand. But they are complementary and necessarily linked. The manager’s job is to plan, organize, measure, monitor, solve, hire, coordinate, maintains, focuses on systems, does things right, relies on control. The leader’s job is to inspire, motivate, develops, focuses on people, does the right thing, and inspires trust.

Gates’ definition lacks the parts about goal or vision.

Decide to focus, trust, set higher expectations, look for the good, create a positive environment, engage, start, stop also to decide to learn, they are among the most important. Successful leaders are great communicating expectations, especially “performance expectations”. In doing so, I had a boss that managed the team by clearly communicating expectations increased performance and helped to identify those on the team that could not keep up with the standards she expected from us. By reminding us of the expectations that she had of the group. She made it easy for the team to stay focused and on track. Successful leaders create a positive and inspiring workplace culture. They know how to set the tone and bring an attitude that motivates their colleagues to take action. As such, they are likeable, respected and strong willed. They don’t allow failures to disrupt momentum. The first step may be to get or create a personal assessment for each key stakeholder. For...
