This book in chapter twelve captured the leadership and the difference between the leadership and the management, as well as, describe many theories of leadership. Although Robbins in this book covered more than subject talking about the Organization Behavior which is the book about, but it was more supportive, informative in the leadership subject and easier to read at all. This book assisted me to understand the style of leadership and each theories approach.

Also the legacy that Jobs left to a millions of people, as well as, the author describe Steve jobs characteristics and how the people think about him? Moreover, the author covered Job’s early life. This blog captured to me the path of Jobs leadership.
