Brief Interpretation:
In general, my score seems avarage. In my opinion, I thinks my score at logical-mathematical intelligence would be more higher. I’d rather to refer and interested in things that’s rational and logical. When I learn, the picture, graphs, charts are easy to make me understand deeply than just words. Futhermore, I think I am good at gettting accquianted with people, but I am actually not interested in it, I just wanna talk with the person that I am closed to them.

Brief Interpretation:
First 5 question has said that I have potential to be a leader and like a new style, not traditional management. I think that it’s probably right because obviously, I am still a student without to much experiences as a leader, and I am a adaptive person, I’d like to learn and apply new things, new technology, new managerial style. And rest questions also stated that I could be really good leader if I will be head of major department. I recored equally as management qualities and leadership qualities. So I hope I could improve and develop with awareness and experience.
