Parliament of Malaysia is vested with the power to make law. Explain the procedures of law making before a bill is passed by Parliament.

QUESTION 2
a)
Siti Molek, a 17 year old student, ordered a Honda CT car from DK Bhd for the price of RM99.000. She agreed to pay a down payment of RM15,000 before delivery but failed to pay it. DK Bhd wants to take action against Siti Molek. Advise DK Bhd.

b)
Discuss any ONE (1) of the remedies provided for under the Contracts Act, 1950.

Explain the ways in which an agency relationship may be terminated.

a)
Karim ordered 100 packets of Gummybears from Julie. He instructed Julie to pack 20 packets in 5 boxes. Julie, who was trying to save costs packed 25 packets in 4 boxes. Karim refused to accept the goods.
Advise Karim.

Explain the meaning of "goods" according to the Sale of Goods Act 1957 and discuss the various types of goods.

She failed to pay her monthly instalments from July 2007 to November 2007. Bank Kaya wanted to repossess the car.
