Employment Contract

(“Employer”)

(“Employee”)
BACKGROUND:
A. The Employer is of the opinion that the Employee has the ability to assist and benefit the Employer in business and welfare.
B. The Employer requests to employ the Employee with the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement.
IN CONSIDERATION OF the matters described above and of the mutual benefits and obligations set forth in this agreement, is agreed as follows:

The employee will be responsible but not limited to the following areas of management: personnel, asset, financial, property and infrastructure. The employee will receive six months of on-the-job training in these respective areas. The six-month trial period terms will be in effect during this time. Due to the nature of the ranch environment, the employee must work a minimum of 50 hours per week and be available 24/7 to respond to ranch emergencies with in a two-hour window (not including time off). The employee must also attend weekly meetings with the employer and provide status reports for each of the five areas of management. EMPLOYEE BENEFITS
Moving expenses for the employee’s initial move will be covered up to $5,000. Premiums for medical, dental and vision will be covered at 50% up to a total of $2,500 per calendar year. A provision for education will be provided up to $2,500 dollars per calendar year. Personal time off (PTO) will be accrued at 15 hours per month. Sick time off (STO) will be accrued at 5 hours per month.
5. EMPLOYEE RESIDENCE
The employee may choose to reside at the place of work without any expenses due to the Employer. However, if the Employee chooses to reside outside the ranch the Employee must pay all expenses. The Employee must maintain a residence within a 25-mile radius of the place of work.
6. CONTRACTUAL CAPACITY
In the event that the Employer is mentally incapacitated or terminally ill as deemed by the Employer’s physician, the Employee will assume a health care power of attorney. The Employee will have authority to make health care decisions on the Employer’s behalf. The Employee will adhere to all requests made in the Employer’s living will. The Employee will also assume ownership of the Employer’s assets according to the Employer’s will.
