Father(aysha);what is it my dear girl .u look so dull….. Nada-dad I got bad marks in every subject and iam nearly dead of hearing mom s scoldings Aysha-she is scolding u 4 ur own good baby….now cheer up and go 4 a walk or do some physical exercise Nada-okay dad…..(she goes o the park with her mom and dad and does some physical exercise and feels so relieved and happy) Nada-wow iam feeling so relieved Shahla- do u know what is the reason…nada-no Shahla – it is because there is a great link between the body and the mind ,Whatever happens to the mind happens to the body too…if a person is depressed and sad ,,it can be seen in his body too,his body appears lifeless and uncomfortable..such a person cannot do anything enthusiastically but u should understand that the opposite is also true..whatever happens to mind happens to the body too..so whenever u feel sad just do physical exercise and u will feel light hearted… nada----thank u 4 this advice dear mom and dad 4 such a gr8 advice(they hug)drama is over Jisha---as shahla said when u are depressed u can make ur heart light hearted by doing physical exercise….laughter yoga is 1 of the physical exercise which help in doing it..
