Las Vegas Narrative
This is the time I went to Las Vegas, Nevada. It was my first time going to Las Vegas and I was about 5 years old and my little sister was only one. When I went to Las Vegas, there were 16 of us going so we took 3 cars all in all. The ride there was only one of the best parts of the trip. We were watching movies and playing video games in the back seats of the car. But when we went there, that’s when we got really excited.
When we arrived to Grand View Hotel and we all checked into our hotel room, first thing I noticed was the view of the pool from the window. After, I actually took the time to look around and saw that there was a kitchen and a small living room as well as two average sized rooms. The reason why there was two room was because my family and I were sharing a hotel room with my cousin and my aunt. So on our first day there, we ate dinner at this restaurant and met with some of my relatives that I’ve never met before. I remember that was my first and last time

Then when we were finished with wasting our money, we went back to our hotel rooms and watched movies until it was time to go to our cousins house to eat dinner. So finishing my 2 weeks at Las Vegas, we did a lot of shopping and swimming and meeting family's won't be able to see here at stockton.
In conclusion, this is what happened in my trip to Las Vegas,Nevada. One thing we did was go shopping a lot throughout the entire trip, and that lead to almost not enough space in the car for luggage but we managed to arrange. Another thing we did was go swimming like every night or even afternoon when we had time. Something else we did was meet with family i've never met before, and that was the last time I have saw them even after 8 years. This is what me and my family did at our stay at Las Vegas,Nevada

My best childhood memory is going to Six Flags. Me, Tommy, Anthony, and Connor are going to Six Flags. Their mom is taking us. I was very excited to go to Six Flags because it would be my first time going. When we finally got there. We parked the car and walked to the gates. When we got into the park. Connor wanted to ride the cyclone. Tommy and Anthony asked if I wanted to ride it. I said, “No.” but they pulled me into doing it. So, we waited in line. When we got to the front of the line. We got on the roller coaster and the ride started. When we started to go up I was nervous. When we got to the top, and as we were going down I couldn’t even hear myself scream. After the ride we rode rides around the park. Then, we went to the water park…

The room was very bright and felt very tropical. Once we got unpacked, we went down to the beach and ate lunch. After lunch, we saw two of my aunts and their families. Then, we went swimming in the ocean, the pools and laid on the beach. By supper time everyone had arrived. We spent most of our days eating together, swimming, playing beach volleyball, and laying on the beach. I got to spend my birthday in Punta Cana and I got to go on a catamaran, on a banana boat tube pulled by a boat with my cousins, and we had a special dinner at the Italian restaurant on the resort for me. My family and I were also there for the Super Bowl. They had a huge inflatable screen that they projected the game on. They had huge buffet of food and workers on the resort dressed like football players. My brother and my dad are Denver Broncos fans, so they were very happy with the result of the…

It was July 4, 2013, my family and I loaded up our 4 wheelers for a fun day in the great outdoors. We all unloaded our 4 wheelers, then took off out into the desert. I wanted to see how fast I could go around the sharp corners on dirt roads. It was so much. We arrived in Los Angeles, California. The hotel we stayed in was one of the best hotels I've ever been in. This hotel was so big and fancy, and the weight room that was there was bigger than the fitness center back home. This hotel also had two pools. The outdoor pool looked really beautiful, because it had a giant water fall leading into the pool, but it was closed down while we were was staying there, so I just used the normal everyday hotel pool, which was indoors. It was very incredible to see something like this on how beautiful a single hotel could be, and look.…

One of the most memorable moments I have experienced was four years ago, when I traveled from Matamoros, Tamaulipas to San Antonio, Texas. I had the opportunity of visiting San Antonio for the first time, and more importantly, of spending time with my family who I had not seen in years prior to the trip. Spending time with my family is of great value and importance to me, so I became utterly excited to see them as soon as I had the chance.…

My first trip to Las Vegas was the worst plane trip every, I had experienced all types of emotions from Norfolk to Dallas. In Norfolk my flight was delayed due to the weather, then another two hour delay in Dallas. All I wanted was to get to Vegas. On my flight I sat beside a man who never been on a plane. This guy behavior was the worst. I tried to convince him to read, listen to music or drink. I even tried to start a conversation to calm him down. My friends were laughing they knew my patience was running out. I was thinking to myself knocking him out. We enter into a storm the thunder and lightning was bad the sounds silence the whole flight. The Pilot came on and informed us we are in Dallas unable to land due to the weather. Looking out…

The clock above my head ticks slowly, the sound ever increasing as the minutes pass by; tick, tick, tick. I normally do not notice the time while I work, usually I am the energizer bunny of workers, in early, out late, always working or willing to, but that day was different; I had a date; a first date to be exact. Finally the time has come for me to go home; I step out into the warm Vegas air, I can smell the familiar scents of fall slowly encroaching on the city. September in Vegas is typically warm, with the average daily temperatures in the upper nineties. I lite a cigarette and walk through the parking garage to my car. My mind was racing; what will he be like, will he be funny, boring; I even allow my thoughts to drift to what he would look like naked.…

It was a long drive for a little baby like her at the time she was only two years old. Early that morning my parents took us to the bus station. The bus was leaving at 6 a.m. in the morning to get to Austin, TX at midnight. It was summer 2009. My husband surprised me with tickets to Las Vegas, for our second anniversary. Our 4 days vacation package included air ticket, car and hotel. I was all excited, and packed all beautiful and colorful dresses appropriate for Las Vegas temperature. We were advised ahead by our friends to stay indoors during day time, as it is going to be too hot and humid in Las Vegas at this time of the year. On June 20th 2009 we flew from Virginia to Las Vegas in an American Airlines flight. By the time we reached there, it was 11pm in Las Vegas. Time in Las Vegas is 3 hours behind our Eastern Time. We picked our rented SUV at the airport, and went straight to our hotel Circus Circus, located at the crossroads of Tropicana Road and Las Vegas Strip. We booked this hotel for its indoor amusement park, and the free circus. We were put in one of the west tower rooms, which were located directly above the hotel lobby, with close proximity to shopping promenade and Adventure dome. We slept for couple of hours. We started our vacation first with the casino strip road. The place looked beautiful, lively, and fully packed with people, vehicles, and casinos on either side of the road. I felt myself in a dream land with all the lightning from the casinos, with the noise coming from vehicles, laughter, fun and music. I felt my two eyes are not sufficient to see the beauty of the sight.…
