After the death of Duncan she still had the power to doubt Macbeth by saying to him "you do unbend your noble strength to think" and that he is "infirm of purpose" and in several ways leaving Macbeth having to kill others in order to maintain his place as king
Furthermore, as Lady Macbeth became completely insane, having all the knowledge about Macbeth and his actions, she was telling others, such as the doctor about Macbeth and his guilt in the plot to murder Duncan. Therefore, she was indirectly responsible for his downfall, rise to power, and murderous behavior to try to protect the throne.
Even though he ultimately has the decision in weather or not to go through with the killings, he dearly loves Lady Macbeth and wants to make her happy. Although without the three witches prophecy Lady Macbeth would have never pressured Macbeth into taking evil action leading to his downfall.

As far as Macbeth being changed into a diffrent person, he himself is responsible for his own actions. The final decision lies within him and this was demonstrated when he carried out the murder of King Duncan. Lady Macbeth acts as the catalyst for Macbeth. Macbeth realised that he would have to commit regicide (stars, hide your fires; let light not see my deep and black desires), but he was unwilling to do so. Lady Macbeth changes his mind by attacking his manhood, despite the brave acts he has commited as a soldier. She also flatters him shamelessly. A signal was sent off in her mind after Macbeth sent her a letter informing his wife about prophesies that was spoken into his life and that now he was Thane of Cawdor. She begins to make a plan of her own way to help these prophecies become reality. “That which cries, “Thus thou must do,” if thou dost fear to do, than wishest should be undone.” (Act 1, Scene 5) She came up with the idea of killing Duncan in order for Macbeth to become king.
