Lack of motivation
Motivation plays an important role in one's overall development. But many of us miss it just because we are not aware of it.Motivation is the force that pushes you to act and purchase goals. Lack of motivation means people have no desire, no interest and no driving force. Lack of motivation is one of the main reasons for defeat, of having no progress and of living a mediocre life.
First of all, living with no motivation is the cause of failure. People can not hope to succeed in any field of your life if they do not have a specific purpose. Objectives and aims are one of the best sources of motivation, as they will keep you focused and enable you to “do whatever it takes” to accomplish your goals. If one does not have a definite goal in your life, he does not feel the need to put all his energy to do anything, then he will jump from one activity to another with no success. For example, you want to learn playing the guitar and swimming too. You learn how to play a guitar a little, you do not want to learn anymore. After that, you learn swimming a little and you feel it is difficult, you do not learn anymore. As a result, you learn nothing. Lack of motivation, everything you do, if it is not fail, it also brings low productivity.
Second, unmotivated person will never progress. When another have purpose to achieve and try their best to do, person with no driving force do nothing. Therefore, they are always unprogressive. For instance, everybody in the class is hard-working to improve their results, but you do not motivate, you will be the worst.
Finally, a life with no goal, no motivation is really boring and worthless. People do not disire or do not want to do anything, today is like yesterday and tomorrow. Time and everything pass. Nothing makes the life become enjoyable and memorable.
In conclusion, do not let your life meaningless. Set goals and try to do it. Let motivation help you to make your dreams come true!

We can build off our success to enhance not only for our own lives, but the lives of those who surround us. We can grow and learn from those who came before us. Their mistakes and triumphs can serve as lessons for all, especially future generations. We must be able to look to others for guidance, which in turn, amplifies our own lives. They are the “trees” that we branch off and grow from. By grasping every lesson and opportunity, we live deliberately and the fruits we bear become abundant. For many, living deliberately can mean doing well in school to shape a future of prosperity and having a well educated background. It can also mean taking risks and fulfilling your life to reach its greatest potential in a creative manner. No matter the goal the person creates for themselves, it all has the same basic beginning. Living deliberately is based on fluidity, not the act of being concrete. Life changes at a constant rate, and we must be willing to alter our views and goals to fit what life provides…

Motivation is basically about the desire of one to achieve something as motivation act as a force that pushes us towards performing an actionand finally bringing us the achievement. For example, when we are thirsty, we will go get a glass of water to quench our thirst. Here, quenching our thirst is set as our motivation and the act of getting a glass of water to drink is the performing action. This shows us that motivation is what causes us to act. Hence, motivation can also be said as a process that initiates, guides and maintains our goals until we achieve it. From the resource, Lifehack (n.d.),there are six different types of motivation which can influence different person behavior in its own unique way because each of us has our very own personalities and characteristics.Majority of people can be motivated by incentive, fear, achievement, growth, power and social factors. While fear motivation involves consequences such as when a person is in fear of getting punish he or she will try their best to achieve their targets. Next is achievement motivation which happens when people are driven to compete with others or themselves. The feeling of achievement is their desire motivation. Meaningful life means enthusiastically getting up every day with a purpose. We know what we are going to do each day. We know our potential and we think we were not born to do the ordinary things. However, while we are seeking to find meaningful life by going through difficult challenges, some people are still living their everyday life without a purpose. They do not risk anything to make their life better. These universal longings or desires to take risks and do challenging things beyond our limit can come from our innate aspiration. For example, people who do not believe in meaningful life will not be enthusiastic to do such actions. They only chase for their short-term satisfactions, such as food, houses or money. This lack of purpose will lead them to find themselves in the middle of something they do not know why they are doing it. They might not notice but somehow they feel like they are missing something. The mindset that we tell ourselves can change our life and how we act, too. Like Savage, she used to think that she would not be able to row over the Atlantic ocean. But, it was just a story that she used to tell herself every day. She actually could do that. Then, her life story had changed when she found out that not only guys with muscles or athletes could row across the ocean, but everyone. She started to fulfill her ambition and had a life that she could be proud of. This is a pride that she will never forget for the rest of her life. After all, those hard times are the price of where we want to be in our meaningful…

If people do not achieve their goals and dreams, they would probably become dissatisfied with their lives. For example, if a boy dreams his whole life of becoming a doctor, but never gets into medical school, he would probably end up feeling disappointed. The same thing is true for any goals a person has in their life. For this reason, it is important that people choose goals that are realistic and that can be achieved. Therefore, someone should not plan on becoming the richest in the world and marry the most beautiful person in the world because the chances are it will not happen.…

Motivation increases the amount of effort and energy that an individual uses in activities related to their needs and goals. Motivation determines whether an individual pursues a task enthusiastically or lazily. Motivated individuals are more likely to continue a job until they complete it, even if they are occasionally interrupted or frustrated in the process. Motivation increases an individual’s time on task, an important factor affecting their learning and achievement (Ormrod, 2009).…

In my previous blog I wrote: “After many years of research, including reading what seemed like an endless list of psychology books and journals by some very smart researchers (by the way, I am still reading and researching…..), I concluded that successful living is doing meaningful things. So it begs the question: What is meaningful? In short, the meaningful builds, improves and edifies. On the other hand, meaning-less behaviors and actions harm, deflate, demean, and subtract. So a life that builds, improves and edifies people and things is meaningful and leads to successful living. Meaningful Purpose Psychology encourages people to live successfully by doing meaningful things and to reject the meaningless.”…

Enough of this philosophy talk (it’s boring, ain’t it?) As a student, what do we expect? Well, of course, good grades for one thing—math whiz, human Dictaphone, living dictionary and all that. But then again, who doesn’t? As a student, it has been ingrained into our minds the chain reaction of “study hard, get good grades, get into a prestigious university, get a good job with a high income, retire in luxury.” This is a sterling example of the “perfect life”. Everyone expects their life to play out the same way. It seems to be like checking off a “to-do” list, no ups or downs. Is this life, really? You only live once, treasure life while you can. Why isn’t anyone dreaming about being an Olympic athlete, bringing glory to their country, or becoming the future female politician? Why aren’t we taught to live life to its fullest? Why are we taught to expect our lives to be lived in total comfort and in our own benefit?…

I believe with my whole heart that life would be really boring if we would not have dreams and goals to fallow. So, if we have a big goal in our life what wouldn't we do everything we can to make it happened. The easiest thing we can do is to have an optimistic approach and "never, never give up". For instance a weak after me and my husband meet for the first time, my husband told me he would like to have a serious relationship with me for marriage.I told him " that is not possible" a lot of times but he never, never give up on me and now we are so happy that he didn't. We got married after one year and this became a dream come true for both of us!…
