I am writing applying for the position of laboratory assistant in chemistry & microbiologist department as it was advertised on the your home webpage. This position really fits well with my education qualifications and career interest.
The position requires extensive knowledge in the field of microbiology and chemistry as well as able to conducting analytical and microbiology tests and experiments. During my first year in ITE, I did this precisely this in conducting various forms of chemical analysis, each many times over. Every series had to be identical and accurate. Furthermore, I have also been doing streaking of pure culture several times and handling of light microscope, preparation of media and reagent and also identification of microorganisms during the year. Working without much supervision, I made time management a priority and typically finished the tasks on time.
Next, based on my GCE N & O Level Results, I had managed to obtain a B grade for my Science. Also, based on my ITE Higher Nitec qualifications recently, I managed to achieve 2As’ for my Introductory Chemistry and Analytical Chemistry. Therefore, this result will be able to proof of my consistency in learning and manage the time well.
