Pennsylvania hospital as part of a retrospective chart review of antibiotic usage in hospitals.
In order for data to be easily analyzed it must first be entered into a computer data base. Create a database in SPSS and enter the following data.

Analyze→Descriptive Statistics→Frequencies
This is shorthand, saying, “Open the dropdown menu “ANALYZE,” and select the submenu “DESCRIPTIVE STATISTICS,” then select the submenu “FREQUENCIES”
