Why Should Kudler’s Finer Food Expand Their Service?
The purpose of this problem is to create a website that is appealing to all around the world via internet. Kudler Fine Foods offers quality of service is needs to be able to reach out to all of their customers and clients.The purpose of this study is to determine:
a. What website engine is compatible around the world, without the violating any codes of ethics, it is important to monitor all sales with integrity and make sure no China laws aren’t broken concerning the Google search engine?

    According to "Cornell University Law School" (2012), "Products liability refers to the liability/responsibility of any or all parties along the chain of manufacture of any product for damage caused by that product. This includes the manufacturer of component parts (at the top of the chain), an assembling manufacturer, the wholesaler, and the retail store owner (at the bottom of the chain.)” (Product Liability: An Overview). Kudler Fine Foods owner, Kathy Kudler, keeps law cost at a minimum. The Kudler legal team consists of one person, Anne Shousha who is a tax attorney. Kathy is the only person that speaks with Anne. Most legal decision are hadled by the store manager who decides if that matter needs to be referred to Kathy. Matters of an immediate nature such as a “slip and fall” are swiftly reported to Kathy who at that point decides if Anne needs to be involved. The company’s legal issue is discussed over the phone or during family gatherings as Anne Shousha is Kathy Kudler’s sister in law. Kathy only incurs the $100 per hour fee for formal meetings that take place. Though attorney fees are at a minimum for Kudler Fine Foods, there have been instances where Anne advised Kathy to settle the case.…
