The Kirsten’s Cookies Company is new business established and located at the campus, with motivation toward fulfill to power-hungry learners at night time. The company would allow the learners to order customized cookies baked fresh under request. Learners would have a large range of components to gather up from, such bake to demand idea strive towards making sure that cookie is to each student’s flavor. Created on this knowledge, qualifiers and winners are the material place of the new born partnership besides exclusive fresh with recently made cookie.
This case analysis will evaluate the preliminary design for the Company’s production process to make policy and pricing decisions, equipment needed, how many orders can be accepted, and whether the business can be profitable.
