This kitchen remodeling project is for the kitchen in my home. It has been determined by the market research team, (My wife), that the remodeling of our kitchen will increase the value of our home. It will also create a more vibrant and workable living space. The financial team, consisting of Mike, Toni, Cameron and Brandon, Have allotted twenty five thousand dollars for this project. The schedule is 25 days to completion of the project.

Communication and Leadership Style Assessment
The leadership style assessment test that I took was called the, “Your Leadership Legacy Assessment Test.” The Results of the Assessment were as follows: * Experienced Builder seventeen out of twenty five

* Ambassador twenty one out of twenty five
* Creative Builder twenty out of twenty five
* Advocate eighteen out of twenty five
* Truth seeker twenty one out of twenty five
* People Mover twenty out of twenty five
On the basis of those results I know that I handle difficult situations with grace. I also tend to try to be the peace maker. I can be persistent and persuasive while remaining respectful of the other person’s point of view. These are attributes associated with the ambassador type. The second area that I scored high on was the truth seeker style. According to the assessment this means I have qualities like good judgment, levelheadedness, scrupulous neutrality, I am an equalizer and I am very fair. These are all traits that I think I have. According to the assessment I always look to level the playing field and to insure that the process integrity is maintained. I also try to determine the root cause of the problem and to correct it as soon as possible.

Communication Style
Some of the strengths that were defined by the Speak Strong communication assessment were that I do not overload people with details. I say exactly what I mean and meant exactly what I say. I always have my eye on the bigger picture so I tend to communicate grandiose ideas. O am also optimistic and open in my communication and I believe that open and frank communication can solve almost all problems.
