Kingdom Authority Education Center: Case Study
Introduction Kingdom Authority Education Center (KAEC) is an accredited, educational, for profit organization establishing in the Houston, Texas market. The focus of the organization is to become established in the Houston, Texas community, achieve Education accreditation, and establish global partnerships. The strategy of the organization is to recruit graduate personnel to both achieved and sustained some competitive advantages within an accredited center.
Mission
The mission of KAEC is to sustain affordable growth and profitability by recruiting fortunate individuals, who have been unfortunate in achieving their goals and dreams, and interfere both the policies of the organization objective, and plans correspondingly.

The products offered to those who are participants are the same products that all accredited facilities use to maintain their accreditation. There will be a distinction in the service recruiting process of the intended market. KAEC will partner with internal and external non-profit organizations, locally and abroad. Researching the qualification of candidacy, who implement reform in their organization.
What will distinct KAEC from other facilities is the operation management. Operation management is a resource needed to broaden the activities, enabling KAEC, as a company to reach peek maturity. For instance, the value I add to KAEC is education and experience. My experience pan for thirty-years in the non-profit arena assisting teenage parents, first time offenders, first generation students, elderly seeking to complete their bucket list, and reformed citizens. Plus, my education is vast, beginning with an Associate of Arts degree in General Education, Associates of Science in Business Administration, Bachelor of Science in Administrative Organization Supervision, Graduate Certificate in Both Business and Public Administration, all from accredited college and Universities. Having degrees from accredited Colleges and Universities, with alumni statues with each graduating class. Plus, working as a business tutor in the State College strategy and operation management is what I bring to KAEC, along with a strategic list of
