Most men would keep the tradition going. He was the son of King Dinis. Afonso was the only real son that his father had. King Afonso reigned as king 1325-1357, Its also said that Afonso had an half-brother that goes by Afonso Sanches, which was treated better than afonso was. King Afonso IV and Afonso Sanches began to form a rivalry that was believed to led to a couple different outbreaks of civil war. Afonso was not crowned King until the death of his father happen. As you can only imagine what happens from here. Now King Afonso would instantly take revenge on his brother Sanches. Which is basically is when someone has to leave their home, this could range from the region, city, or states. This is an idea of punishment used, where if you return after the Exile, you are at risk of death or prison. This rival led to a peace treaty with both King Afonso IV and Afonso Sanches both signed. In my opinion I kind of understand the whole thing that went on back and forth. I have a stepbrother myself that just always been in the way. And the

Another death ensued from his miss use of power to cover up his adulterous ways. Is David the hero of legend or is he just another power hungry monarch who gained his power through bloodshed to have ruled in ancient…

#1. Discuss the character of Achilles in Homer’s Iliad. What is the nature of the existential crisis in which he finds himself, and why is his relationship to both gods and the other Greek warriors so unusual? In what ways does Achilles repel our human sympathies? In what ways does he maintain or regain them? In this context you will certainly want to discuss his behavior toward Hector as well as his final meeting with Priam.…
