Kindness as Merriam-Webster dictionary states is the “state of being kind”. To give relief, to have characterizes of sympathy. The ideology of kindness has been lost in society nowadays. As a result people reach new levels of stress, depression, and develop unnecessary acrimonious. As a result of the bitterness people seeking vengeance. And the balance of happiness is disturbed. A simple act of kindness truly does go a long way. As a chain reaction if you make one happy they will seek to make another happy, and it will come back to the one who started. What goes around comes around.
The lack of kindness is an effect on evolution, the acerbity turns into a constant stress, causing a human to respond ineffective. When the human body in constantly stressed it produces adrenaline which brings out the fight or flight response. When a human body is constantly alert the human body's resources are used up and the human can no longer maintain proper function. All this could be changed be giving relief to another.
When a child sees they’re role model; father, mother, sister, brother, celebrity, etc. They attempt to copy the role model. So the role model should abstain themselves from being abusive toward others and act in a kindly manner. Therefore making future generations morally upright.
With much happening in society and daily life problems it sees difficult to be constantly remaining blissful and be kind to others, however know all the good it can do in the world by just doing one remotely kind thing. Not only will it give the other person peace of mind, it will also give you peace of mind knowing that you have made some one happy. Kindness doesn’t need a language. “Kindness is the language which the deaf can hear and the blind can see.”
