KD’s Diner Evaluation During this short essay, I will be comparing and evaluating various aspects of the restaurant, KD’s Diner. In the following paragraphs, I will discuss with you the pros and cons, as well as my own personal opinions on KD’s Diner. In the final, concluding paragraph, I will give a rating between one and ten, based on the evidence presented in the earlier paragraphs. KD’s Diner is a small eatery in Lake Charles, LA. The place is a little run down and isn’t always as clean as some customers may expect. Although the floors and such aren’t quite as clean, they make sure to keep the eating surfaces and cooking area spotless.
They serve various foods at KD’s, but nothing that you wouldn’t expect.

29th Street Café is a small privately owned diner that is located near my home. It has been open for as long as I can remember. Their hours are a little odd for a restaurant; they are open from Tuesday to Sunday between afternoon and early the next morning, which is good for me because I am a night person due to working a 3rd shift job. The diner has a highway truck stop feeling to it, like a mom and pops style diner. Twice a month my wife and I meet a friend for breakfast at this diner. Since my first visit I have looked at several things to evaluate to keep me going back, some of these things include the service, food and cleanliness.…

Falk inserts an inordinate amount of her own feelings on the topic and doesn’t analyze the subject as well as she should have. She focuses mainly on the fast food business while lacking in her analysis of fine dining. She also should have made the paper more about what caused the changes in the restaurant business instead of the changes themselves. In the essay Falk has many examples of foods and restaurants that have changed and became noticed for their modern style, such as Panera Bread and Chipotle. She appeals to a large audience by adding examples many people can relate too.…

Although consider a fast-casual restaurant, due to innovations that the creator, Steve Ells put together, I will also suggest to be inside the technological segment. The reasons for this is that he put together the traditional “back-of-the-house kitchen”, so at the same time he was making a new form of enhancing customer experience as well as giving them more control over their orders and at all times watching the food quality available and proving to be more efficiency, so by this way of doing things, he was killing two birds with one stone.…
