Kaiser Permanente Swot Analysis
Kaiser Permanente is a non-profit healthcare organization based out of Oakland, California founded and co-founded by Henry J Kaiser and Sydney Garfield. The organization has 3 subsidiaries that make up the foundation known as Kaiser Foundation Health Plan, The Physician Medical Group, and the Kaiser Foundation Hospital. This organization makes up one of the biggest managed care consortiums in the United States. The strategic plan has led this company to render 1.8 billion in net income annually. The organization today stands at a total of around 618 medical offices with 38 hospitals serving a total of 10 million members. Kaiser business model has been built around providing low cost quality medical services to the surrounding community.
