Juvenile Incarceration Program Analysis
This program is a juvenile intervention agency. The goal is to treat, teach and invest in the lives of those who were incarcerated in previous years. These juveniles would have had to be between the ages of 13-17 years old. The mission is to advocate, empower, and transform lives one day at a time. So many times, those who are incarcerated are left to fend for themselves without any support system. But within this agency we’re here to give hope that a better journey is ahead. This is a non-profit organization that is applying to receive a grant that will used to help further our opportunity to serve those youth incarcerated.

Resources are needed, so that this program can have the tools that would be beneficial to curbing the youth criminal offenses. The cost will go towards having social workers, empowerment teachers, utilities, resources, equipment, supplies and other necessities needed. Within this budget, we’re investing in charitable organizations and non-profit organizations to help with funds. We know Red Cross, United Way, and Banks to help with a contributions towards this program. The cost could range from 100,000 to 200,000 in order to get the program up and running. This is to have data on who is an offender that this program can help. Once, data is retrieved this program will leave cards and information at the courts and bail bonds facilities. This is how, this program is going to reach teens and youth in the criminal justice system. This agency will go over and beyond to provide what is need to help curb this problem. Our problem will be met in more than one, no teen will be left to fend for his or herself because of the commitment and willingness this program will bring. The activities will include prayer hour, teaching and learning sessions, computer skill training, empowerment speakers, and a once a week visit with the social workers on duty. Our daily itinerary is to have classes, provide a hot lunch and to have free time to read or practice on the
