Debate Paper 1. What correlating factors contribute to rising rates of juvenile crimes? Con One of the reason is most juvenile crimes are rising in such a growing is most of the juveniles have no structure in the home. So they struggle in the homes where there are no father figure in the child life. The father never comes around so most of the young adults look for the street to be there guide in life how to become men/women. Most of the times these juveniles are looking at other people older adults is selling drugs seeing the fast life so they try to fit in. these juveniles are carjacking and when they are done joy ridding they just abandon it. I do be leave if they do the crime to hurt bodily or harm someone he or she should be treated as an adult, Even if they took another person life they should go to prison they can be reform and be rehabilitate if he or she have the opportunity to come out of prison and get there life back on track. I think most of them will never go back to jail or prison. PRO I "children" shouldn’t go to prison they are just kids and may not understand what they are getting them self into. Juveniles need programs put in place for them they need to see why it isn’t a good idea to carry a fire arm. Field trips need to be recommending by the courts to help these young people to do the right thing. The state shouldn’t wait until something happen for these juveniles to get some help that is very much needed.
