Julius Caesar: A Hero Or Hero?
Who conquered many lands, killed anyone who was in his way, and strengthened Rome ten-fold? Why, Julius Caesar did! Julius Caesar was the first Roman emperor and he changed a strong republic into a total democracy. As the emperor, he conquered a lot of land and made a lot of enemies. I believe he was a hero and all of the bad things he did were justified with the result he made.
Julius Caesar was an amazing generol in the military. His amazing military leadership skills are the main reason why he became the emperor. To become emperor, he had to defeat two other very gifted generals (Pompey and Crassus). Even when he was emperor, he still had a big influence on the military.
