In the essay “The End of Football” by John Kass, discusses the possibility of football becoming less popular as the years goes by because the health issues that are related to tackle football. His thesis is that parents are becoming more cautious with their children playing sports because the rougher the sport, the likely chance that the child will have a life altering injury. Kass even said himself that he will not allow his children play football, even though he loves the game himself and he also played when he was a child.
