In this existing job environment, employers nowadays are very concern on the satisfaction of employees in order to retain their employees and at the same time to decrease the employees turn over. This research will examine further on the demographic factors such as age, gender, length of service and level of education on job satisfaction of lecturers in UiTM (Perak).
