I agree this program offers a second chance. Everyone deserves a second chance for success. The youth are the future of tomorrow and if the community and government are not willing to invest in the youth, it will be hard to reach success. The program is also helpful in helping the youth decide on a career. A lot of times, when kids drop out of high school, they lack the motivation to pursue a career. Job corps has a variety of options one can look into and that will help get the training and provide jobs that can last a lifetime. I do like how the job corps has on campus living. I think it gives the youth a college campus experience; it teaches the youth responsibility. If there was another reform about the policy it would be to raise the minimum
