Jessie J's Songs
The first time I ever heard one Jessie J’s songs was Who You Are when I was in the 9th grade. This song helped and encouraged me at a young age where so many changes are happening to be true to who you are. That same year one of my friends tried to change herself to fit in with a group of girls that didn’t like her. She allowed them to talk about her and make fun of her to her face just to be a part of the group. And from that moment on, I knew I never wanted to change who I am just to fit in with others or to forget my identity. So, on today I’m going to introduce Jessie J and she will discuss how through her music she strives to inspire people by writing about life situations that she has went through to help others overcome their own.

One song that has really changed my life and has had an impact would be Hall of Fame by The Script. The song has the verses and reminders that if you do your best and if you strive for what you want to do or who you want to be, then you can be the best, and you can find yourself standing in the Hall of Fame. The nature of its impact could not be much greater. It encourages students, teenagers, and everyone to be the strongest person they can be with whatever they want to do the most. As the example in the music video, it goes through the rough life of a kid who gets beat up a lot, and a female dancer who is mute and has a hearing aid, so the other dancers make fun of her. The dancer goes through the hardship and really pushes it out of the way, and the kid becomes a boxer and stands up for himself.…
