Jeffrey Lionel Dahmer was also known as the Milwaukee Cannibal.
1. Alcohol Abuse: Jeffrey started to consume alcohol at the age of 13. His alcohol consumption continued to grow once he started high school and even started drinking scotch in class (Biography, 2013).
2. Drug Abuse: He did not show signs of heavy drug abuse, although when discharged from the army, it was sighted for alcohol and drub abuse. Most likely, he started the usage of drugs while in the army, although ne did not continue using after his discharge (Casey, 2010).
3. Psychiatric History: Jeffrey did not suffer from mental conditions, although his excessive alcohol drinking often led to a lapse in mental judgment. Multiple times, he would eventually black out, then wake up and not remember what he did the previous evening.
4. Criminal History: Jeffrey was arrested for masturbating in front of two 12 year olds on the banks of a river and was also arrested for disorderly conduct, having an open container and resisting arrest (Biography, 2013).

While he did not display signs of bedwetting and arson, Jeffrey did display a continual sign of cruelty towards animals. At the age of four, Jeffrey enjoyed the sound of his father sweeping out the remains of small animals from under the house. He killed the tadpoles with motor oil at the age of seven, and by the age of eight, he was using a chemistry set to experiment on animals and he would eventually start impaling cats and frogs onto sticks.
