The Firm was previously known as Messrs Jahara Radzi & May Chan.
Partners & Legal Assistants
Four (4) Partners and three (3) Legal Assistants. The respective experiences of the Partners and Legal Assistants are as per profile of each of them below.
Offices
The main branch of the Firm is located at No. 1, Tingkat 3, Jalan Todak 3,
Pusat Bandar Seberang Jaya, 13700 Seberang Jaya, Prai, Pulau Pinang.
The Firm has two (2) Branch Offices at the moment. They are: o No. 67, Tingkat 1, Jalan Lagenda 3, Lagenda Heights, 08000 Sungai
Petani, Kedah. o No. 159-2, Jalan Lanchang, Taman Seri Bahtera, 56100 Cheras,
Kuala Lumpur.
Establishment
The Firm was established on the 15th of November 1985.

Support Staff/Clerical
For Corporate and Commercial works, the Firm has the practice of assigning three (3) Partners to undertake the completion of documents. The
Firm does not assign the work to clerical staffs. This is due to the nature of the documents for Corporate and Commercial work. Currently the Partnersin-charge for Corporate and Commercial documents is one (1) Senior
Partner namely Encik Md. Radzi bin Zainal Abidin together with other two
(2) Partners whom are Mr. Cham Chean Fong and Cik Sharifah Noor Ainaa bt. Syed Nasir.
In total, the Firm has strength of over thirty five (35) staffs, all experienced and well honed in the job functions that each and every staff has been assigned to.
