APPLICATION FOR JPA SCHOLARSHIP
I am Farah Norshahira binti Azahar (NRIC:950213055048). I write this letter for my wish to apply JPA scholarship to further my study in Bachelor of Medicine at a reputable university. My resume is enclosed for your review.
2. Presently, I am a student from MAHSA University in Foundation In Science Programme. I believe that I am a suitable candidate for this scholarship as I am a fast learner student and always get a good result in exams. After that, I am also a good leader and a good team player. I can cooperate well with my fellow and also my lecturer. Beside, I am the representative for
Foundation In Science students. I am dedicated to do all the works given to me and also fully responsible with all of that. Furthermore, I am an active student and always represent my schools and university for many activities such as netball. I am a serious student and always trying my best to give all I can in my studies. I give all my concentration to my lecture and revise back so that I can remember all of my lessons. Hence, it is a decent if you can help me to become one of the scholars. I will make sure that you will satisfy with me.
3. For your information, I had received many achievements in my life. First, the most forgetful achievement for me is when I get a good result in my SPM as I can further my study in science stream. I always want to be a doctor and all the way I through, I will make sure there is nothing to stop me. With that motivation, I passed my UPSR and my PMR results with straights A’s and a flying colours.
