I also want to thank Ubosi Eleh + Company for the opportunity given to me to serve in their office and profound gratitude to all the staff of Ubosi Eleh + Company, Ikeja Branch – for their effort and patience in getting me trained on professionalism, faithfulness, loyalty, morals and discipline.
Finally, I want to thank Covenant University for providing a platform for me to carry out my SIWES programme.

ABOUT THE COMPANY
Brief History
UBOSI ELEH + COMPANY Estate Surveyors and Valuers was incorporated in 1991 with two Principal Partners (Mr. Ubosi Chudi & Mr. Eleh Emeka). They both had their first degree in 1985 and 1987; and also had the MSc. Degree in Construction Management in 1987 and 1995 repectively. Both are fellows of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers(NIESV), and so have the seal of professional practice.
Since inception, the company has had its head office at 27, Obafemi Awolowo way, Ikeja, Lagos, and three other branches in Victoria Island, Lagos; Abuja and Port Harcourt. Ubosi Eleh + company has since then been waxing stronger in professionalism.
