PROJECT SCOPE AND COMMUNICATION
The most important keystone in the project is to find the scope of project and ensure each and every step to define according to the check list. The following are the check list for the project (Erik & Clifford, 2011):-
1. Project objective 2. Deliverables 3. Milestones 4. Technical requirements 5. Limits & Exclusions 6. Reviews with Customer
Airline Company Project:-
Deliverables: - Deliverable is the second scope in the project. The outcomes or test of each and every step is called as the Deliverable. In this project the initial deliverable is the list of the database required. The second deliverable is the identification of the entities and their attributes. The third deliverables in the project is design a database using E/R model. Fourth deliverable is the running transactional quires using SQL. 3. Milestones: - Milestones can be explained as the breakdown of the project into parts and providing the estimated time and cost for each and every step in the project. Primary milestone is collection of all the database of the airplanes and staff. Secondary milestones are the identification of the entities and their attributes. Third milestones are designing the database using the E-R diagram. Fourth milestones are quires by using the SQL. 4. Technical requirements: - Latest SQL server i.e., SQL server 2014 sp1 (basic SQL commands), the latest version of Microsoft Visio 2013, Microsoft excel 2013 and Oracle Database 10g were the technical requirements of this
