No OH&S policies in the workplace: Step 1: Record the issue * Record areas where need to have OH&S policies when working * Let the manager or supervisor know your ideas for safety in workplace Step 2: Consultant between staff and the owner * Giving problems in staff meeting so every staffs know this situation and they can also know their risk. * Make sure the owner promises to have policies in workplace Step 3: Ensure the manager provide OHS policy in the restaurant * Not working with unsafe work or risk your health until got policies * Request OH&S policies must be attached as soon as possible Step 4: Maintenance and follow OHS policy * Check the OH&S policies enough conditions or not * Request if not enough and following if enough 2.
