Chapter 1. Listo System
Introduction
Listo system is a graphic services agency, It was established for making customer convenient by providing services traditionally in early 1990s. It was the rapid grown agency at that time. Continuously it provides service to customer by adopting new technology efficiently.
Analysing or finding
1.Impact of power shifting buyer to seller
Listo system has felt the impact of power shifting from the seller to buyer due to lack of adopted modern technology and people are not much happy to buy their product because competitors already exist in market and they mobilized the market with new productivity and supply cheaper and faster. So people felt more convenient to adopted another service facility rather than listo system and system become loss the market and advanced technology has also create threats to the industry in terms of security and theft of product.
2.External Enviornment factor affecting Listo System
Listo system were affected by the advanced technology which was adopted by new organization and provide services as per the customer convenient but listo system couldn’t able to face the challenge and competitor’s almost capture the market because of high safety and security they provided.

Conclusion
Today’s world become advance because of every organization adopts the latest technology which is more preferable and more convenient for customer oriented. Also people look forward for their product safety and security if some are felt to fulfill the same then automatically reputation been decrease and feedback also been not satisfactory as like listo system and other existing organization is the best example of it.

    From the case, we know that Foremostco use only one year to rashly finish a new computer system for their logistics and even there are several bugs exists, they still decide to forge ahead with the switchover.
