Is It Beneficial To The Respiratory System
Exercise is very healthy for you overall but how is it helpful to the respiratory system. The respiratory system is important because it get rid of the carbon dioxide in our body and brings in oxygen that will later help our bodies to function when we exercise. The respiratory system helps arteries open up to improve blood and Oxygen delivered. The respiratory system keeps our body up and breathing and running normally.

Furthermore, when fit and healthy people exercise their carbon dioxide levels rise so that it is easier for our bodies to receive oxygen and blood. After exercise breathing becomes slower because of the respiratory system and this causes higher carbon dioxide levels which will make us have more oxygen
