Even though some people say that golf is not actually a sport, this is definitely not true. It is without a doubt a great sport that can challenge a person physicall and mentally as well. In order to be convinced about this fact, have a look at the following reasons why golf is a sport for all ages.

You spend lots of time outdoors, surrounded by nature
This is something that will definitely have a positive impact on your overall health, no matter the age. Spending time outdoors surrounded by nature will also make you feel better mentally speaking. After a game, you will certainly recharge your batteries and you will feel aboslutely great, and if you play golf regularly, then your life will considerably improve.
