Is America Great Again Research Paper
Isn’t America just great? Beautiful heavens, even buildings. Nope, America is a great place for the most part but at the same time, it is a bad place. America is full of bad people but it is also full of good people.

The America I believe in wouldn't be flawless , but it wouldn't be that much flawed either. The beautiful skies aren't that beautiful because we as humans are smoking up clouds. If we can stop smoking we can make America great again.

As I said before America is full of bad people but is also full of good people, but it takes those good people to take care of the bad people to make America great again.

Indeed not! America is lacking in bravery. And in justice. And in curiosity. And in kindness. The very foundation of this nation is built from the blood, sweat, and tears of our many fallen leaders and mentors. After reading about the 4 ways to rejuvenate our country, I do believe that we are in some serious trouble. Honestly, I do believe the 4 ways given in the article will in fact help make America great again. I think the country has been lacking human nature, trust in its government, religious citizenry, and federalism. President Trump has made a plan to build a wall on the southern border AND put an end to sanctuary cities. Those are just two of the negative things he has in store for the future. Just his immigration policies goes against the 4 ways to help US citizens. In step one of the article, the author states “ But if human nature is inherently good, perfectible, or positive, faith in the people results in democracy.” ( Bartow,1) I agree…

The sweat and revenue immigrants bring into America is fruitless when the Xenophobia mindset forbids Americans from moving forward and accepting fruitful foreigners. We saw this embedded in the minds of the locals and the police in John Steinbeck’s , The grapes of wrath and now in Donald Trump’s ‘Make America again’. This campaign includes plans like building a wall along the mexican-american border, extreme vetting, and closing the doors on all syrian refugees. This is a contemporary twist to how Trump supporters resembled the locals attitude toward the Oakies and the native Americans when they manipulated the justice system to discourage, maybe even block the migrants from coming into California. This view belittles America’s in born morals, This country was made and built by immigrants not only to pursue an improved tomorrow but escape persecution from what they called home. By taking the freedom aspect of this great country, We as Americans are sadly degrading not only ourselves as…

“Make America Great Again” is Donald Trump’s election slogan. The question is can Trump really do just that? This year’s election has been one like never before. From both Democrat and Republican candidates sharing jaw-dropping comments between each other to a shocking video being released about Trump himself. On live television, Trump has said awful things, things that nobody would want their children to hear. In an article on Indy 100, it shows a quote from Trump, “You know I’m automatically attracted to beautiful — I just start kissing them. It’s like a magnet. Just kiss. I don’t even wait. And when you’re a star, they let you do it, you can do anything. Grab them by the p***y, you can do anything”(Jose 1). His snarky and childish comments have been inappropriate…

Protests have swept over the nation after the recent presidential election. The first amendment states that people have the right to go against government leaders if they have any concerns, that was present in the form of protests which took over many cities across the nation. What these people have done is completely justified; however, some others have gone as far as harming supporters of the other party, causing huge traffic jams along with vandalism and it is even a safety hazard for the protesters.…

Langston Hughes, a famous American poet, became a popular writer around the 1900’s. He was first recognized for going against classical ways of writing and using “jazz poetry” or “black rhythm”. In his poems, he usually displayed messages or ideas others could not share such as the poem, A Dream Deferred. Hughes poem Let America Be America Again was written in 1935 during a time of poverty and racism. He used the poem to tell a story of the less advantaged part of the people. Langston Hughes hopeful yet devastating poem, Let America Be America Again, uses imagery, repetition, and flashbacks to compare present day America to past America while also describing the American dream and the struggles to reach it. He also describes the values America's…
