You work for the Human Resources department of The Fruit and Veggie People Ltd, a company that sells organic, ethically sourced fruit and vegetable boxes.
You have been asked to create a table containing information about all of the directors in the company, so that managers and other employees know who is in charge of what!
There are a number of parts to this task:
1. The table must include the name, job title, age, length of employment and email address for all of the five directors.
2. After the table is complete, it should be inserted onto a new slide in a presentation about the Fruit and Veggie People’s history and staff.
3. You need to make sure that the table is saved separately, not just as part of the presentation, so that anyone who may want to use the information for future tasks is able to do so.
You have been given the task on a Tuesday morning, and it is due on Wednesday at 9am. You have one day to complete the task.
You have access to Microsoft Office 2010 on your work computer, and have been told to make sure that the design of the presentation remains consistent once the table has been inserted.
