1.1 Background of the study

Computerization is a process of converting a form into a computerized form. It prevents incoming human errors from occurring and reduces processing time, thus, it cab increase productivity and make results into a more accurate, credible output.

The STI College Cotabato uses a manual transaction system as of current. But the system is prone to errors such as duplication of forms, incorrect spelling name and inaccurate data of inquirers.

In information system, computerization is concerned about interrelating different bit interdependent transactions. This can result in a system with well-integrated process that can perform much faster and more accurate than a manual system.

The STI College Cotabato was established in 1993, and is located at A. Dorotheo Street, Cotabato City. The school’s highest position in terms of rank is the Executive Vice-president which is occupied by Sir. Jefferson D. Bacurnay. The school offers various of courses such as HRM, Tourism, Engineering, but is majorly intended for students interested with the likes of computer.

STI College Cotabato is committed to educate students that will enhance whatever skills and talents they have. The school also offers a system that warrants every graduate employments support with the help of some group assistance.

Computerized System is ought to be implemented in STI College Cotabato. it is a convenient way of storing, retrieving of students or inquirers data. It is must for the sake of fast and more accurate process.

Computerize WIRE System 1 1.2 Statement of the problem

The problem is that every manual transaction takes a lot of time to process, and thus makes less productivity in the system. Why do this when we can possibly make a computerize transaction that will not just reduce the time of the process but will prevent almost all human errors from occurring.

    The researchers formulated a pesticide that was made up of Chili (Capsicum frutescens), Averrhoa bilimbi (Hedychium coronarium) and Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus Globus). Well eventually here in our country, many pests are everywhere like in drainages, manholes, old houses and streets. The researchers’ purposes for this project are to eliminate and control pests such as rats, cockroaches and mosquitoes. If these pests would grow and have a big amount of population, it can make everyone sick. The researchers’ pesticide is cheaper than the other commercial products and it is more effective. To create this kind of pesticide the researcher require to prepare: 1.) ½ kilo of Averrhoa bilimbi 2.) 1 ½ kilo of Chili 3.) Essence of Eucalyptus 4.) Blender 5.) Stove 6.) Strainer 7.) Empty bottle spray. First, we need to blend the Chili into the blender to cut it in pieces. After blending it, we will squeeze the Kamias fruit to get the extract of the fruit. Then, we will mix the Chili, Averrhoa bilimbi and Essence of Eucalyptus using the blender. After mixing, using the strainer, separate the juice. Then, boil the extract for 5 minutes. Then, put it in the empty spray bottle. During the procedure, you must wear gloves to avoid skin burning. Avoid having left out of the seeds of the chili because it might stick into the host of the bottle sprayer. The extract is like a chili sauce but it is not! The pesticide has a strong scent and it has a thick texture. Then we tried it in pests like cockroaches and rats. When we sprayed it in the rat, the rat has…
