Investigator James Poffel Case Study

On October 7th, 2015 at approximately 10:00 AM I, Investigator James Poffel was assigned a case in reference to a sexual battery police report that occurred at the Gospel Rescue Mission in Muskogee, OK. Officer Michelle Ogden responded to Crisis Unit in reference to making contact with the victim and to take the police report. Once on scene Officer Ogden made contact with the victim, Jessica Wilson, who advised she had been staying at the Gospel Rescue Mission. On October 3rd, 2015, Ms. Wilson was helping prepare meals, which she often did.
