Kulafu Advertising Corporation is currently having a problem with regards to determining how many end products they have been produced for weeks and how much raw materials has been used. To eliminate problems they contacted Bulebe Developer Company to create them an automation that will surely lessen their problem.
Kulafu provided the following requirements for their automation
Use of bar code for every product line for easy monitoring of product in and out.
Use of swipe card for their employee to monitor who among them get the raw materials in their warehouse.
Automatic computation of plastic needed for each customer customized product.
Weekly statement of account (product order, product release and product deliver)
Monthly inventory report
Bulebe corporation as a results created Customized Kulafu product end seller monitoring system based on their preferences and ends with the following situations:
Uses off shelf components that have 150000 program codes, 500 pages of program documentations, 120 pages users manual,
Uses partial components in networking and bar coding which results of having 120000 program codes, 350 program codings, 75 pages of networking manual
Uses full experience in developing a swipe card warehouse automation that gave them 350000 lines of codes, 650 program codings and 350 pages user manuals.
They paid for 5 programmers with a monthly salary of P100000 each.
Three (3) Graphics designer are also hired with a salary of 75000 each.
Content analyzer are also being hired to have a good record keeping for the project development with a cost of 65000 per month.
To fully automate Kulafu’s system, following hardware are used:
Swipe card and swipe card reader amounting to 5,000
Bar code reader and bar code writer amounting to 6500
Printer 7500
