Executive summary: jollibee Food Corporation is the epitome of entrepreneurial success in the Philippines. What started as an ice cream parlor had spawned into a national brand that even the likes of McDonalds cannot top. At present, Jollibee has established a global presence with the opening of stores in countries such as the US, Hongkong, Guam, Brunei and Vietnam, just to name a few. With many strategies for investment from KFC, Lotteria, Jollibee, etc, fast food industry in Vietnam will be developed in the near futures. This report is about: 1a. Context of Jollibee Food Corporation business strategy with information relate mission, vision, objectives, goals, strategic intent, strategic architecture, strategic control and core competences of Jollibee. 1b. The key stakeholders of Jollibee in Vietnam

List of all stakeholders includes suppliers, employees, customers, management and government. We analysis power and interest of each stakeholder base on stakeholder mapping. - Customers, Manager and shareholders have high power and high interest. - Competitors, employees, government have high power and low interest. - Suppliers have low power and high interest.

INTRODUCTION

What the study is all about? Well we have made a study about an “Inventory System” and make a design that would help the system user to make their work more easy and suitable for them.

Inventory management is primarily about specifying the size and placement of stocked goods. The scope of inventory management also concerns the fine lines between replenishment lead time, carrying costs of inventory, asset management, inventory forecasting, inventory valuation, inventory visibility, future inventory price forecasting, physical inventory, available physical space for inventory, quality management, replenishment, returns and defective goods and demand forecasting. But with our study we’ve focus on the physical inventory of the Jollibee Foods Corporation and we have come up to a system
