Intuit Target Job Market
The current target market for Intuit employees are recently graduated college students. Students go work for places like Intuit because they do a good amount of hiring straight from college campuses, and these college students are eager to start working a real job that isn’t minimum wage, or physical labor.
There are also great internship programs, which offer extensive training to jump-start your career development, responsibility with essential work assignments, as well as a great networking experience.
Some of the personal characteristics, or psychographics, of the target market are:
-Outgoing personality
-Agreeable and conscientious
-Values hard work and discipline
-Interested in participating in extracurricular and social events
-Business oriented
-Values relationships and making connections
-Competitive
Intuit is constantly looking for young ambitious college student that desire promotion and possible future work in the business. Great target markets for Intuit are recently graduated college students. There are multiple reasons for this; first they are fresh out of school meaning they are easier to manage. They are full of new knowledge with a drive to get a solid job. Another would be that they have the ability to navigate through new technology easily. The Demographics for our target market would be a college student that has the ability to multi-task, independent and self motived, and located near/or willing to move near their location of business. Although self-motivation is looked highly upon, once must be able to work with people and adapt to stations.
