PROFESSIONAL DRESS
Question:
1) Do you think that Mindy dresses appropriately for the medical office? In this case I do not think that Mindy is dressed appropriately for the medical office. Mindy’s hair is messy and has rainbow colors threw out her hair. Mindy has a lip and nose ring that is not professional especially in a medical office. No visible facial jewelry is ever acceptable. Mindy is wearing a see threw shirt which shows her undergarment which never acceptable in any type of profession. Mindy is wearing jeans with holes that are not professional and unacceptable in a professional setting. Mindy is also wearing open toe shoes which is not professional or acceptable in a medical setting. It is also a safety reason as well.

2) Mindy is always clean and sharp. She spends more time than others getting ready for work. Dose Mindy’s personal “style” detracts from the facility’s aire of professionalism? Yes, I think everyone has their own sense of personal “style” which is okay, but when you are in a professional setting like a medical office you are not only being judge on how your work ethics and performance are but your appearance as well. Your work performance and appearance play a big role and reflects on the company that you are employed with.
