Introduction
“Life filled with knowledge is a meaningful life but life filled with wisdom and knowledge is the life itself.” Education in the Philippines reaches its peak when K-12 Program is implemented. More opportunities for acquiring knowledge and wisdom arise. The program promises to lessen child dropouts due to mother tongue implementation. Instructional materials are not difficult to find. Lesson plan writing becomes easy. Evaluation processes are just a piece of cake for teachers nowadays.
Education plays a very important role in our society; for the progress of our nation and for quality education to the children of the Philippines. It supports almost all kinds of endeavors and brings a variety of meaningful knowledge for us. Every day is a quest to quench our minds from unanswered questions and hidden mysteries. Education is a light that shows the mankind the right direction to surge.

The purpose of education is not just to make pupils literate but also for them to think rationally, to acquire knowledge independently, and to share the knowledge acquired, wholeheartedly.

However, with the various problems facing the public schools, its delivery is hindered. Reality tells us that even if the public school teachers are qualified to teach, the lack of instructional materials, inadequate facilities and lack of training for professional growth hindered them to perform at their best. Today education is facing a lot of issues, first is concerned with the so-called globalization in education. This is about the response to the changes of the new century where students must be globally competitive to attain or to meet the international standards. Teacher has very important role to achieve those goals. This will be achieved by providing rich varied contexts for pupils to acquire, develop and apply a broad range of knowledge, comprehension, and skills.
The curriculum should enable pupils think creatively and critically, solve problems and [make a difference for the better]. It should give them the opportunity to become creative, innovative, enterprising and capable of leadership to equip them for their future lives as workers and citizens. It should enable pupils to respond positively to opportunities, challenges and responsibilities, manage risk and cope with change and adversity. Teaching with creativity includes all the characteristics of good teaching including high motivation, high expectations. The ability to communicate and listen and the ability to catch interest engage and inspire.
Creative teachers need expertise in their particular fields but they need more than this. They need techniques that stimulate curiosity and raise self-esteem and confidence. They must recognize when encouragement is needed and confidence threatened. They must balance structured learning with opportunities for self-direction; and the management of groups while giving attention to individuals.
[Creativity can be developed and innovation benefits both students and teachers.
